Hex/Enchant/Condition List
This idea struck me a while back, I'd like to float it with people around here, see what they think.
When you are enchanted, hexed or given a condition, something will appear around your body, and on the party menu, showing you are affected in such way. However, every enchantment looks the same on the party menu, as does every hex, and every condition.
Therefore, when you're playing with a group, and suddenly your Elementalist stops casting spells and gets killed. The reason - they were given the dazed condition. Of course, they could ping it, but trying to kite and ping at the same time is difficult, to say the least. This applies to almost any situation, from the group's Holy Damage Dervish being blinded in Shard of Orr, to the monk being hit by Shroud of Silence and dies within 3 seconds from a spike.
The works in reverse as well. If a warrior is dazed, it, in general, will not affect the warrior. However, if you are monking, you may waste valuable energy removing the condition in case it could hurt them. Same with hexes - Empathy on a Necromancer wouldn't hurt as much as Backfire, but a monk may remove it to be on the safe side.
Now, my idea is -
When you put your mouse over someone's up arrow, purple down arrow, or grey down arrow, a list will be displayed of all the enchantments/hexes/conditions on that target. The list would be structured so that you could see the first one on the 'stack' at the top, and the one on the bottom of the stack at the bottom.
These icons would be 'pingable', so, control-clicking on the icon of the enchantment, hex or condition would cause your character to call out:
'Target is enchanted/hexed with Something!' or 'Target is suffering from the Something condition!'
This would increase teamwork in both PvP and PvE, and benefit all players. For example, before a spike you could survey the target's enchantments and make sure they didn't have something like Protective Spirit on them. If they did, then you could ping it, and then it could be stripped by a member of your team once they became aware of it.
This effect would not work for 'skills' that affect the target, such as Spectral Agony or any Stances, because they do not appear on the party menu window currently.
Any thoughts? Personally, I think it'd be a convenient extra, especially while playing as a support character such as a Paragon, Monk, Mesmer (With hex removal) or Ritualist. Please post, constructive criticism is always welcome

It wouldn't work particularly well. By the time you've moused over and read through the list, it's going to either be too late or have been removed anyway.
Just use VOIP.
